To old for them now but back in the day…a good one was the Green Day show in Rochester w/ Rosey & Beets. The reason I bring this up is because I went to a Linkin Park show last night in Syracuse. I like a couple songs from their 1st album Hybrid Theory but other than that its not my brand of music. Anyway my friend called me w/ free tickets…it was a Tuesday night…so I figured WTF. 2 people hospitalized with broken arms, 1 with a broken leg. 20-30 other treated for other injuries! Standard Syracuse bullsh!t. I get so focking angry at these gutless douches that go into these pits and try to hurt people. The music I enjoy has these pits sometimes, but it’s feel-good sh!t and everybody is looking out for one another and nobody tries to f*ck anybody up. If you fall down, 3 people are there to pick you up. Pennywise, H20, Dropkick Murphys shows to name a few.. So if you see one of these c*cksuckers trying to intentionally hurt people, do what I did last night and place an elbow discreetly to the back of their head. I saw this dude again as we were leaving still rubbing the back of his head. Good. Deserved…I think so.

Ha…that was in like 1994. I believe it’s when I dropped that kid with an elbow. Not in the pit though. I know what you mean..we have been to many shows together and meat heads like that don’t get it. It’s not violent, it’s just kids freaking out having fun. Like you said if someone falls you pick them up and you NEVER try to hurt anyone. Losers.
