Dude, seriously. How many times have I been driving back down Ala Moana late at night on a weeknight to see lights and huge trucks all over the road and about 30 dumbfucks not doing anything but standing there, meanwhile at 1am there’s rush-hour like traffic not moving anywhere because it’s all down to one lane? Too many. These a-hole street construction people don’t do crap, except dig the occasional useless hole in the road, and leave it covered with a metal plate for months.
