Or three even. I know it’s December, but you should know that baseball is a 365 day a year operation. Apparently the NY Mets don’t want to fix what cost them the the goddamn division. Their bullpen blows. They cost myself, Mark and countless other Met fans a few good nights sleep. Believe me, there is nothing worse than having a lead, then having to watch these c*cksmokers come in and squander 3, 4, even 7 run leads. It doesn’t appear that they are going to get that ‘big name’ ace for the staff. Rumor has it the GM’s at the winter meetings all laughed at what the Mets offered in those deals. How about fixing your bullpen Minaya? Why is it that when he was the GM for the Expos w/ $30 million he was great, but he can’t do sh!t w/ $200 million more in the mecca of all sports cities? Heilman…bum. Burgos…bum. Sosa…bum. Schoeneweis…bum. Sele…bum. Mota…bum. Since you can’t land a f*cking stud pitcher, get people in the pen that can possibly win 2-3 ballgames a week by shutting teams down after the 6th inning.

Goose I gotta tell you I am still so far removed from not only the Mets but all sports right now. I didn’t even know SU lost to Rhode Island until 2 days later. I gotta figure this out…….
